Avocado Spread Causes Illness

From 4 pm yesterday until about 6 pm today., I am a type 1 diabetic. I had 2 Avocado "s on both days. And I've smashing up the avocado and using it as a spread on whole wheat bread. That's basically all I have eaten. I had both nausea and severe diarrhea. Painful diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
