I m a French tourist I ate at Ave Mario for lunch (12:00) and I m now really sick. I don’t know if it’s water from restaurant (tap water) or food.

I was vomiting non stop for an hour, even when all the pasta come out i had water leave my system. Nothing else i ate yesterday come out, only the pasta. I am also with a high risk pregnancy and this caused my heart rate to go up putting my baby at risk
