Ordered ham fried rice and bok choi. The next day i wake up feeling weak and had a massive headache. The day after I started having diarrhea every half hour which could not be cured with peptol bismol. I am now going to urgent care  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Weakness
