I ate slow roaster tri-tip, mozzarella and tomato salad & broccoli. Didn’t feel well right after, went home and slept for 2 hours, woke up & could not stop vomiting. Vomited 8 times. Also had diarrhea between vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
