Chicken strips, fries and milk shake for granddaughter from here on May 10. She came home and reported stomach pain and threw up all the food. Had dry heaves all evening and into night. No vomiting on May 11 but had a bout of diarrhea in the afternoon. Was better after that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
