Had traditional wings yesterday around 4pm before a movie. Towards the end of the movie my stomach started hurting then I had watery diarrhea all night, about every 15 mins. Stomach is still suffering today but not as much.

What time i ate was at 7 pm i had the honey bbq chicken bonelesss with mozatala chesse sticks and a diet Pepsi with cherry syrup and ranch dressing. My symptoms were upset stomach , headaches , vomiting (3x), numb arms and fever.
