Wing Combo Causes Illness

I ordered a small wings split between honey bbq and parmasean garlic. I got home and started feeling nauseous. Thinking it was stress I tried to sleep it off. By midnight I was up and vomiting and I had liquid diarrhea. I've never been in so much pain in my life
