Ate lunch, snack size Caribbean Jerk with Blue Cheese and fries. Started feeling nauseous an hour later. Was able to remain at work until 5pm, got home running a fever, slept for 4 hours, woke up and ran to toilet to vomit, 4 times. Back to bed,…
