Last night I decided to try to new Ghost Pepper whopper from here. When I woke up the next day I had diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, and fever conditions. I had to call out of work due to my conditions.

I had gotten a double cheese burger and within an hour I felt sick and within 5 hours I had gotten very ill
