I ate a Whopper and small fries. Symptoms: Fever, chills, diarrhea, light headedness and I briefly passed out. My son had the same food and had an upset stomach. 01/09/2021

Chicken Sandwich Illness Repeats

2 times within 6 weeks, same meal. I got sick with nausea and vomiting, with severe pain in stomach on 12/8/18 & 1/20/19, with no visits in between. I ordered both times the Original Chicken Sandwich with cheese, fries, nuggets and chocolate chip cookies. No one else…
