Raw Chicken Sandwich Issue

Burger King received raw chicken sandwiches in meals. Lost work time to take back. Manager replaced, but wasn't helpful or concerned that a bite was ingested. Employee didn't set timer for cooking was excuse. Haven't heard from district as promised. Expected more from BK.
