Sirloin & Pretzel Trouble

Ordered the 8oz. sirloin and the giant pretzel with beer cheese. Didn’t eat any of the sides. Spent two hours trapped in a Sheetz bathroom before I was able to get back to my car and make it home. I’ve had good experiences here in the past so I’m surprised this happened.
