Combo with no onion and no tomato. I at it around 3:45pm on 2/27/18. Began feeling nauseous about 45-60 minutes later. Vomited at 5:30pm. I hadn’t not eaten anything since 10 am. It was a late lunch. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
