Steak Dinner Causes Illness

Wednesday July 18th 2018, around 9 pm. I had the Italian salad, a sirloin steak cooked medium w Gorgonzola sauce and a sautéed zucchini mix. About 2 hrs later I got sick. Lasted several hrs and slightly when I woke up.
