Tortillas, Salsa Suspected Culprits

This is the second time in the last year we’ve eaten at Casa Lupe and gotten food poisoning. We ordered separate things but both ate the fresh tortillas, salsa, chips, and lettuce that came on our meals. One of those was the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
