4/26/25 Ate dinner, within 30 minutes began having stomach pain. Symptoms worsened over the evening and night. Experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. Very weak and dehydrated was treated at the ER on 4/27.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Falafel Bowl: Severe Cramps

I had a falafel salad bowl. An hour later I felt a slight stomachache. But then a few hours after my stomach was hurting so bad that I couldn’t sleep all night and it’s still aching. I took pepto bismuth to see if it helps but it doesn’t seem to be working. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
