Last night Spicy Chicken sandwich or ranch dip Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever of 101.5 about 5hrs after eating spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and lemonade. Could have possibly been the ranch dipping sauce as it had an "off" taste.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Thursday the 21st my boyfriend and I ate chick fil a I got a spicy chicken sandwich a coke and fries he just got 2 regular chicken sandwich’s we ate it around 3:30-4:00pm but I didn’t start to feel bad until around 11pm and my BF closer… See more
