I got a kids 6 piece meal and ate it at 7:30pm. At 2am I woke up with stomach pain and non stop diarrhea followed by stomach cramps. I am experiencing nausea on and off. I am on day two of being sick

Chicken Wrap Illness Symptoms

Ate a chicken cool wrap with ranch dressing. An hour later I had severe cramps, diarrhea, fever, chills. Lasted for 12 hrs. Horrible experience.
