Today. I woke up and found myself feeling very sick with stomach pains so I went to go to the bathroom and I automatically had diarrhea after 30 min or so I started throwing up. Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich I’m just so sick

Ate the cool chicken wrap with avocado lime dressing last night about 8:30 and at 10 the stomach pains hit. Experienced chills and violent throwing up/diarrhea for several hours throughout the night.

The lettuce had a funny taste to it. I ate a few bites of the salad. Within the hour I had watery stools. I've had diarrhea for hours now
