Three of us ate on 8/24/19 vis the drive thru, (two had nuggets and one had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. All were sick within 3-5 hours of consuming said products and symptoms are fever, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea.

I ate a chicken sandwich meal with fries and an hour after i started feeling a horrible stomach pain . Shortly after i started vomiting . My mom had same symptoms too after eating the same meal as me .
