Chic fil a, I ordered a medium fry, regular chic fil a sandwich and chic fil a sauce. Ate it ay about 330 PM. Roughly 3 hours later severe abdominal cramping, nausea and vomiting

Ate a spicy Chicken Sandwich with pickles and waffle fries on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 11am. Within an hour, I had diarrhea. Later that afternoon I had a bad case of diarrhea all evening long and felt sick. My stomach kept rumbling all night long.
