Had their chicken minis and a sausage biscuit from them Monday morning. Threw up Monday evening and continue to vomit 6 more times that night. Also battled diarrhea and a 100 degree fever. Could not keep anything down. Became severely dehydrated.

Chicken Meal: Diarrhea, Chest Pain

Ate a deluxe chicken meal, first meal of the day on Tuesday 2/23. Had bad diarrhea shortly after that lasted all night. Had bad chest pain (only when lying down or breathing deeply) for about 3 days. Also dealt with what felt like trapped gas and anxiety.
