Ordered the Gluten Free grilled chicken they had forgot to put the GF bun in the bag. So i just ate the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato by itself. An 2 hour later started getting really bad pain in my stomach along with nausea, vomiting, headache, and fatigue.…
