Ordered the Gluten Free grilled chicken they had forgot to put the GF bun in the bag. So i just ate the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato by itself. An 2 hour later started getting really bad pain in my stomach along with nausea, vomiting, headache, and fatigue. Was the only thing that I had eaten today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue
