Had a spicy chicken sandwich on Thursday for lunch and the next morning I had horrible diarrhea. Lasted two days, it's Saturday and still having the runs. Stomach cramps and nausea and no appetite either

I ordered the regular sandwich meal with a fruit cup at the end of the night. Nothing tasted spoiled, but the fruit had no flavor. Next morning started feeling abdominal pain, joint/body pain, headache and diarrhea. I have been in and out of the bathroom several times…
