Got Chick-fil-A for me and two other people the night of the April 15th 2024. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and became the most violently ill. My boyfriend got the chicken nuggets combo and also became ill just not as bad. The third person ate
some of the chicken nuggets as well and also became ill just not as bad as I did. I ended up in the emergency room on the morning of the 17th.

My family ate at this chick fil a (2-15-24) like we have many times in the past. Later that night ( about 10:30pm) my daughter (8) started having severe sharp pains in her stomach and rushed to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea and very quickly started throwing
up. She did this for about 30-45 minutes before she was finally able to lay back down and try to go to sleep. She spent most of the in pain. The following day this continued till I took her ER after speaking to a doctor. They decided she had a severe stomach virus. After a couple of days she was back to normal. I also had the same symptoms but not as bad. Today, 2-19-24, we went to a different chick fil a (2350 Shane Dr, Louisville, KY 40220) so my kids could play after they ate. My daughter is having the same symptoms as before and it was also a little after 10pm.

Went to Hurtado BBQ. Got the pulled pork, brisket, beans, Mac and cheese, and corn bread. About 7 hours later got intense stomach pains and diarrhea set in. Every hour or so another wave would come. Lasted about 12 hours. Also went with 2 other people that
ate different things and we all had the exact same symptoms.

Not sure from what restaurants but I was at Deluxe on Lansdowne, Friday supper time, had a cheeseburger. Pretty sure it was the burger. Also had one on Saturday at East Coast burger, Grand Bay Ate the cheeseburger at Eastcoast Burgers, Grand Bay around 3:00pm.
