Got Chick-fil-A for me and two other people the night of the April 15th 2024. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and became the most violently ill. My boyfriend got the chicken nuggets combo and also became ill just not as bad. The third person ate some of the chicken nuggets as well and also became ill just not as bad as I did. I ended up in the emergency room on the morning of the 17th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
