I ate chick fil a 12 count grilled nuggets.... and hour passed and I started getting nauseous. I then took my nausea medication, which I had used during my pregnancy. Within 15 minutes after taking it, I started vomiting. I showered to see if that could help… See more

Chick-fil-A Wrap Illness

Usually I have no issues with chick Fil a, but today 6/8/2023 and got the wrap. Came home and instantly got severely nauseous, Cramps, Gas, Sweaty, and lots of vomit. Never had this happen at chick Fil a before. This was around 2:00pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas, Sweating

Wife and I both had grilled chicken sandwiches yesterday, daughter had regular nuggets. Wife and I are very sick today. Its the only thing we ate in common. Vomiting, diarrhea, all last night and today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
