Wrap & Chips Illness

I had a wrap a yesterday 10/21/19, I started to feel nauseated about an hour after eating the wrap and a bag of the chips. I barely made it home before I started having diarrhea and that continued until around 2 in the morning and I still feel wiped out from it.

I ate around 3pm I had the 12 count chicken meal with fries and a sprite. The symptoms started around 11pm. Nothing too severe.
