A milkshake. I was by myself and had not eaten for several hours. I only had the large milkshake and brownie miuutes before the sharp pains started.

Woke up at 10 am and decided to get breakfast at chick fila, I order 2 regular chicken biscuits and about an hour or two later I started having serious abdominal pain.... I ended up throwing up as well as diarrhea all throughout the day.... it's now…
