On Tuesday, April 24th at 11:40am, I ordered and ate the chicken cool wrap and macaroni cheese. Around 4:30 PM, I became nauseous. By 7:50pm, I began vomiting. The food was the only food I consumed that day, and I felt fine prior to eating it.
