Chicken Bowl Causes Illness

I ordered a chicken & chorizo bowl. I got home, ate the bowl and not even two hours later I was vommitting every last bit of the bowl. I was sweating & very naseous and dizzy. I am on my way to urgent care now, as I am still feeling ill.
