Carnitas Bowl Causes Vomiting

Had a carnitas burrito bowl yesterday around 5ish. I was having trouble sleeping through the night, and was having stomach discomfort. I woke up in the middle of the night and was overcome with the need to throw up and out came my burrito bowl.
