I picked up food around 2pm. had a few bites. refrigerated and reheated around 7. by 8 i had a raging migraine. i was in so much pain i was crying for help like an animal. i fell violently ill for the night and woke up during my slumber to vomit a few times. it was a very uncomfortable process.
