Severe Cramping After Bowl

I ordered a chicken and steak bowl on 2/22. A couple hours later I had mild cramping. However that cramping got more severe as the days went on. On Friday, I'm battling nausea, severe stomach cramps where it interferes with my sleep, headache, fatigue, and weakness
