BBQ Tray, pretty sure it was the sandwich, been sick for 3 days vomiting with extreme stomach pains The only thing that was different from the rest of my families meal was the bbq and beef quesadilla  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
