Napa Chicken Salad Illness

My sister in law and i had split the Napa Chicken Salad. The next day I had extreme nausea, followed by diarrhea, and throwing up for 8 hours. My sister in law also got sick as well. Cost me my health and time off work, thanks to them!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
