Got a stomach bug (bacterial gastroenteritis) either from their cucumbers (or organic bananas). Still recovering, it kicked in around an hour after consumption

Prepared Costco pepperoni according to directions. Ate 4 slices. Felt nausea and stomach hurt within 30 mins after finishing my 4th slice. I have been throwing up and stomach cramping and fever and diarrhea for 15 hours so far.
