Ate the Lucky Charms that I bought a few weeks ago from the local. 2 hours later I had intractable nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I feel exhausted but lying flat exacerbates my symptoms and it's now past 11 pm. Did not eat anything in between.

I bought a case of crab the day before yesterday, ate approximately 2 legs with my son, boiled to cook and 4 hours later he started vomiting and having cramps and we both have diarrhea for hours.
