Ate fries, double cheeseburger with works and Diet Coke. Got so sick. Stomach pain, temperature, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, blood clots in stool. Sick 8 hours after eating food. It was the only thing that I ate that day. I was sick for 2 days. Purchased 10/31 around 3-4pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Bloody Stool, Headache
