Fish Meal, Severe Reaction

I ate a fish sandwich meal from this Culvers and had the worst diarrhea and vomiting of my life. I never get sick from fast food but this was different. A few hours after eating it, I was a goner!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
