Went to Culvers. Had only a double butter burger with lettuce yesterday at around 8pm. Around noon I started feeling nauseated. Now I'm vomiting and having diarrhea all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
