Grilled chicken salad. Chicken was warm on cold lettuce. I hate approx. 1/4 of the salad and knew something was off. Was in the Emergency Room 3 hours later. Missed my concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Non-refundable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
