Ordered a grilled chicken burrito, spicy chicken burrito and some snack tacos. 7 hours later, started vomiting (12 times all night and morning) with diarrhea (4 times). Chills and feeling terrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
