Orders chicken Marsala 12/9 @ 6pm. Symptoms started 24 hours later. Symptoms so severe Hospitalized at Alexian Brothers with non-stop vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration and severe weakness. Worst bout of poisoning I’ve ever experienced  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
