Ate a Philly cheesesteak pizza with my dad and aunt at around 4 pm. 2 am the next morning began throwing up, nauseous, lethargic, sore, and weak.

Pizza & Bread Bites Illness

We ordered their Philly cheese steak pizza and parmesan bread bites for dinner on 10/7/2019. Overnight the three people who ate the meal were stricken with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. One person had a fever and they are suffering severe muscle pain today.
