Sausage Pizza Diarrhea Issue

Ate hand tossed sausage and cheese and hand tossed bacon, green peppers, and cheese pizzas. About 8 to 10 hours afterwards I been having bouts of diarrhea. Nothing else just pissing out my starfish hole.
