I had a pan style cheese pizza and experienced simultaneous vomiting, diarrhea and chills and body aches as well as a headache hours after eating. I experienced these symptoms for five hours and it has now been 24 hours since the symptoms first began and i have still not been able to eat anything.

Are it yesterday at 4pm, felt slightly off this morning, vomiting by 4pm today.
