Leftover Pizza Illness

We had pizza saturday night(ham/pineapple). It sat out a few hours before being put in the fridge. Next morning my husband warmed a peice up and about 5 hours later he got severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
