I ate around 5pm on 7/11/18. I had Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and garlic bread twists. Symptoms started around 8:30pm on 7/11/18 and they included nausea, vomiting, chills, hot flashes, and fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
